TITAN Haptics is a Canadian tech startup building next-generation haptic (touch feedback) motors for consumer electronics, gaming hardware, and smart devices. Our patented technology has been used by global brands including Google, OPPO, and BMW. We’re a small, ambitious team working across engineering, marketing, and business to bring better tactile experiences to the devices people use every day.
We’re looking for a Lead Technical Writer to help turn complex technical work into clear, polished content for customers, partners, and developers. This role sits close to our engineering team and is focused on translating raw product information, technical insights, and internal knowledge into high-quality external assets. You’ll be writing, editing, and managing content across product pages, technical articles, case studies, and other strategic materials that support how we explain and sell our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Consistently produce a high volume of technical assets. including deep-dive articles, conversion-focused landing pages, and customer case studies, using raw input from the engineering team.
- Pipeline Management: Own the editorial calendar. Act as the "traffic controller" to ensure content stays on schedule from ideation to final draft.
- Engineering Liaison: Create frictionless templates for the engineering team to capture their product review notes quickly and accurately.
- Creative Briefing: Write scripts, outlines, and design briefs
Who You Are:
- You have a strong portfolio of technical writing, B2B content, or product marketing.
- You are highly organized and love project management, you don’t mind chasing down a graphic or an engineer’s notes to keep the train moving.
- You thrive in an open, collaborative environment that promotes the cross-pollination of ideas between Engineering, Marketing, and Strategy.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 CAD
- Stock option plan
