Position Summary
Deputy Project Manager to assist in business development, data analytics and management of large-scale military facilities designs, including, but not limited to, administrative buildings, maintenance shops, training facilities, for Air Force, Army, and Navy facilities.

This work is principally performed in an office environment remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time and frequently prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer; however, there are occasional requirements to visit client sites, attend conferences, and attend in-office meetings, which require the ability to perform work in an office or outdoors while conducting data-gathering site visits, participating in meetings, and/or other training activities off-site, subject to changes in climate, weather, temperature fluctuations, varying workspace accommodations, and speaking and collaborating with large groups and crowds.

Position Summary
Deputy Project Manager to assist in business development, data analytics and management of large-scale military facilities designs, including, but not limited to, administrative buildings, maintenance shops, training facilities, for Air Force, Army, and Navy facilities.
Essential Job Functions
- Development and execution of a portfolio of projects, including project profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, controlling available resources, project scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements (invoicing, EHS, etc.).
- Collaborate and contribute to project meetings with project teams, capturing minutes, and tracking actions.
- Developing project tools, including work breakdown structures, risk registers, Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
- Ensure superior collaboration and communication within a multi-discipline environment between clients, employees, and leadership.
- Follow internal governance requirements.
- Prepare project tools, including work breakdown structures, risk registers, requests for information, issues registers, and decision logs.
- Support the preparation of governance documents, including Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
- Support project change control management.
- Contribute to proposal efforts, support projects, and perform technical work as necessary, balancing management and utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree required in related business discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager on Department of Defense projects
- US Citizenship is required.
- Complete employment and background screening with clear and favorable results.
- A valid and clear state-issued driver's license is required.
- Current secret security clearance or the ability to be issued a secret-level clearance.
- Ability to travel CONUS up to 25%.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and the use of Microsoft Power BI or a similar program.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Master’s Degree
- PMP certification.
- Professional Engineer/ Registered Architect
- Experience directing and managing large-scale, multi-year enterprise and engineering projects from conception through completion, operationalization, and stability.
- Business Development or marketing support experience with capture management, and a background in data analytics.
