Position Summary
In this role, you’ll support the design of mechanical systems and contribute to the production of construction documents as part of a large, collaborative project team. You’ll learn how to perform calculations, develop designs in Revit, and use Bluebeam and other tools under the guidance of senior team members. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, brings a strong work ethic, and thrives in a team-first environment.

Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 - $82,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.

- Support mechanical system design under the direction of Mechanical Leads and Licensed Professional Engineers
- Learn and apply design strategies for building mechanical systems
- Perform basic engineering calculations and documentation tasks
- Develop and coordinate work in Revit and Bluebeam
- Contribute to the production of construction documents
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and daily tasks
- Collaborate with project teams in a hybrid/in-office learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, preferably Mechanical Engineering
- Recent graduate or equivalent entry-level experience
- Ability to work in-office for training and collaboration
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior staff
- Internship experience in mechanical engineering, design, or AEC
- EIT designation or progress toward EIT
- Revit experience
- Bluebeam experience
- Prior experience working in a professional team environment
