Your Role
This position provides CAD design support for pipeline, pump/compressor station, and terminal/tank projects nationwide. You will participate in a multi-disciplinary project team. Work will be performed under the supervision of a Project Engineer.
We will provide a training program that will allow our entry level designers the ability to quickly become active members of our design team.

Environmental factors mostly consist of work being conducted in an indoor office environment, but is not limited to extreme temperatures (e.g., cold, heat), fumes, variable weather conditions, outdoor work, and noise due to some travel & work at operating client facilities and active construction sites.

Your Role

Typical Job Tasks
- Assist with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical CAD design
- AutoCAD or Revit familiarity/experience
- Must be able to communicate with peers, contractors, and clients clearly and efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Must be a self-starter capable of handling solo projects as well as working with a group, eager to learn and expand your skillset, and be detail oriented
- 3D CAD modeling
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Projectwise and/or Sharepoint
Physical Requirements
- Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms
- Use hands to keyboard or type, handle materials, or manipulate objects
- Light work that includes lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds and, occasionally, up to 50 pounds
- Frequently moving about to accomplish tasks.
- Specific vision abilities required by this classification include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing abilities required by this classification includes those which permit the employee to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively in-person and by telephone.
- Requires composure and ability to prioritize and handle several urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy
- Occasionally climbing stairs and ladders at active oil & gas facilities.

- This position is an in-office position
- Travel: Up to 25%, but will vary project to project, year to year and likely be much less at times.
