Having secured over $154M, $110M in our Series B offering, d-Matrix is poised to advance Large Language Models to scale Generative inference acceleration with our chiplets and In-Memory compute approach. We are on track to deliver our first commercial product in 2024. We are poised to meet the energy and performance demands of these Large Language Models. The company has 100+ employees across Silicon Valley, Sydney and Bengaluru.

Director/Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, d-Matrix
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and versatile Director/Senior Director of Corporate Marketing with a successful track record of building and leading, brand, global programs and PR globally. This role will shape our brand and reputation on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology and develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans that effectively communicate d-Matrix's value proposition to a diverse range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, investors, and the media. As a seasoned professional, you will work with our leadership team to position the firm as a leader in a crowded space and expertly navigate sensitive issues. In this role, you will promote the company through a strong PR and communications program, including content and messaging, social media, unique corporate events for users, prospects and employees, and through Developer Relations.
What You Will Do:
Create and implement a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances our brand reputation, highlighting our position as an innovative AI accelerator company.
Develop and execute internal and external communications plans to effectively convey our message to employees, customers, partners, investors, and the media and position d-Matrix as a leader in our field.
Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media outlets and influencers in the technology and data management space to secure positive coverage and establish D-Matrix as a thought leader.
Work closely with a US PR agency who will support you day-to-day with press office activity and wider campaigns.
Brief editors and analysts on d-Matrix products & technologies and act as a main contact for inquiries
Support, drive, coordinate press and analyst events
Develop and execute social media strategies that position the firm and its leaders
Place d-Matrix and its leaders at industry events, conferences, and media interviews, creating opportunities (newsjacking) and managing corporate news.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align communications efforts with marketing strategies, product launches, and event participation.
Provide counsel to senior leadership, refining their messaging and presence to engage and inspire stakeholders.
Develop an issues-management strategy to proactively manage potential risks and protect our reputation.
Measure and analyze the impact of marketing activities and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
What You Will Bring:
A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
10-15 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with a track record of success in developing and executing strategic communications plans.
Forward-looking mindset and expertise that enables you to position d-Matrix ahead of trends and competitors.
Deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly AI and data management, with experience in hardware accelerators is a strong advantage.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content for various channels and audiences.
Established relationships with tier one and trade media outlets in relevant technology areas.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and managing external vendors (PR agencies, writers, designers) and internal talent.
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and tactically, with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Proficiency in event management and social media strategy and execution.
